Production Process
Our Toolroom is staffed by highly experienced Toolmakers ensuring all our tooling is serviced and maintained on site by our in-house skilled personnel. We also manufacture new tooling and when necessary modify existing tools in line with changes to the component part or assembly. Our staff also have a great deal of experience in the manufacture of Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges and Welding Electrodes for use within our Production Facility.

Added to this, as a Third Tier supplier to the Automotive sector our quality procedures and controls extend to include all the required elements found in a standard Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). After completing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), the next step is to compile the full PPAP pack; this pack would include a PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC data, MSA and Initial Sample Inspection Report. The PPAP together with our ISO 9001 procedures, are the tools we use to ensure the conformity and quality of the components we produce.
