To ensure that a new project runs smoothly from the onset, we carry out an APQP of both the component and the planned manufacturing process. This is then backed up by all ofthe necessary PPAP documentation, including Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Initial Sample Inspection Reports and Gauging Plans.
This understanding, level of planning and control, combined with our ability to react quickly to changes in demand, along with the backup and support we offer our customers, has helped to secure contracts where the OEM’s are prestige British, German and Japanese automotive Marques.
